Although most others' services are pre-paid, we don't require an advance deposit from our guests. Instead, we have an honor system and an official cancellation policy.
We understand that last minute things happen and we'll do our best to work with you. Cancellations and changes impact us since we have blocked that time only for you. That also means that others who requested our time were denied that time.
